Staff Vacancies
Are you passionate about working in a role where you contribute to helping children find permanency through adoption?
Here’s what ATV staff said in our recent survey:
"I have always felt so passionate about being involved in creating the best possible outcomes for vulnerable children. I feel like everyone at ATV shares this passion and uses their high levels of knowledge, skills and experience to find loving families for vulnerable children across the Tees Valley, who are unable to live with their birth family for whatever reason."
"I feel listened to, I have the opportunity to shape the services offered by ATV such as training “Family and Friends”, I have really supportive managers, I am trusted to get on with my work, I feel valued, I’m allowed to be creative in devising new tools."
Adoption Tees Valley has been hugely successful in finding families for the children referred, and has helped more siblings be placed together, more older children to be adopted, and more children who have additional needs. Due to the continued success at achieving adoption for children who have an adoption plan, we now have investment in our growth as a Regional Adoption Agency.
We continue to build our adoption support service and are committed to adoption support for all children and families from the time the child moves into the family.
This is what some of our adopters have said:
"Our social worker is absolutely amazing, we are going through the Foster to Adopt process and she has stayed with us, for advice, help and support even during the time she does not have an "official” role in the process."
"The reason we chose to go through the process with ATV was down to the staff we spoke to initially who we felt were so professional and totally put us at ease"
At ATV, we believe every member of our team has a contribution to make, and helps make this a great team.
